Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

• Shipping rates are calculated in accordance to the weight of the product/s

• Shipping rates quoted are in South African Rands.

• The prices shown may be subject to change in accordance with the preferred courier’s charges relating to the final dimensions of the package that will be shipped. In the event that this may occur, you will be notified accordingly and billed accordingly.

• The shipping rates are applicable to National deliveries within the South African Borders. Should you be outside of the borders of South Africa, a special request will need to be submitting via our contact form prior to placing your order

• We do not ship defective or damaged products. The above rates exclude insurance of the item/s. and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during transit. Any claims would need to be submitted in writing and will be assessed accordingly.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• Delivery will be subject to stock availability.

• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• An extra over charge will be payable and directly invoiced should you require delivery within 24hours.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the event that the product needs to be replaced, all courier costs will be for the customer’s account.

Returns Policy

We ensure that each item that leaves our factory is undamaged and fresh. Therefore in the event that you wish to return the item please make arrangements directly with Rochelle on 082 823 4331. Kindly note that we do not offer refunds.
